At Sisu Therapy, I offer trauma-informed, integrative services designed to support growth, healing, and deeper self-understanding.

Individual Therapy for Adults

(Online therapy for adults in Texas) Life can feel heavy when you're carrying more than you let on. Adult therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside you, and connect with the parts of yourself that need support, clarity, or compassion. I help adults navigating

  • Anxiety and chronic worry
  • Trauma and past relational wounds
  • Life transitions and identity shifts
  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or “never enough”
  • Attachment issues showing up in relationships
  • Burnout, work stress, and emotional exhaustion

I support adults who want meaningful, lasting change. If you’re looking for a trauma-informed therapist in Texas, you’re in the right place.

Individual Therapy for Teens

(Online teen therapist in Texas) The teen years bring rapid change, and many teens feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who they’re becoming. Therapy offers a supportive place for them to talk openly, gain emotional insight, and build practical coping tools. I support teens facing:

  • Teen anxiety or panic
  • School and social stress
  • Identity, self-esteem, and confidence struggles
  • Family conflict or communication issues
  • Trauma, loss, or major life changes
  • Perfectionism and academic pressure

My approach helps teens feel seen and supported while equipping them with skills that foster resilience and self-trust. If you’re seeking an online teen therapist in Texas, I offer a grounded and affirming space for growth.

Teletherapy

Sisu Therapy offers virtual sessions for Texas residents only. We use a secure HIPAA platform to conduct these video sessions which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.

Session FAQ's

What is the cost of a session?

Standard Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered via a secure telehealth platform. My fee is $150 per session.

I am not accepting new insurance based clients at this time. New clients are welcome on a private pay basis.

I work with a company (Thrizer) that may be able to help you with reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits (which many PPO plans have). If you do have those benefits, the company will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to help you get reimbursed.  You can learn more here. To determine what your out-of-network benefits are, you can check them directly through Thrizer here.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other.  I will ask you some questions about what brings you therapy, any important history, and the goals you’re hoping to work toward. Most clients leave their first session feeling relief that they’ve started and a sense of direction about what the process will look like.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You can expect:

  • A warm, grounded, nonjudgmental space
  • A therapist who listens deeply and helps you understand the “why” behind your patterns
  • Tools and strategies that support change between sessions
  • Space to process both past experiences and present emotions
  • Support in building healthier relationships—with yourself and others

Together, we’ll work to understand what’s been holding you back, strengthen your internal resources, and move you toward a more grounded, confident version of yourself.

Unfortunately, no, I am only licensed in Texas and therefore only able to provide therapy services to people who live in Texas.

Getting started is easy:

  1. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
  2. We’ll briefly talk about what you’re looking for and answer any questions you have.
  3. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your intake session and I’ll send your onboarding forms to complete before we meet.

I’m here to make beginning therapy as relaxed and supportive as possible.

Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or support for your teen I provide a calm, steady space to explore what matters most.
